A list of entries must be in the office of the General Manager by 4:00 p.m., Monday, September 19th, 2011 in order that entries may be processed. Exhibits are to be placed in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, September 21st from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or before 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 22nd. Judging will take place on Thursday, September 22nd commencing at 10:00 a.m. sharp. This is closed to the public.
Exhibits are lifted between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 25th. Exhibits left after 6:00 p.m. Sunday may be claimed in the Exhibit Hall on Monday, September 26th before 8:30 a.m. After this time – exhibits will be destroyed.
Passes – Field Crops, Syrup, Honey, Wine, Beer, Grains, Seeds, Vegetables, Fruits, Flowers, Domestic Science, Sewing & Crafts – Less than 10 articles exhibited, a pass for Sunday only. Ten Articles or more, a weekend pass if over twelve years of age.

All vegetables must be shown with 1 inch of stem on them.

ORGANICALLY GROWN VEGETABLES
“Organically Grown” food is food grown and processed using no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Pesticides derived from natural sources (e.g. biological pesticides) may be used in producing organically grown food.
This category is open to certified and un-certified organic growers. Those growers not holding an annual certificate as an organic farmer may submit a personal declaration that their produce is organically grown.

100. Best collection of vegetables (including tomatoes), with a maximum of 15 kinds of vegetables, 2 items of each kind, the number and arrangement to be considered. No store bought produce is to be included in this collection. All vegetables should be named and the variety listed with the collection. The arrangement is not to exceed 3 x 2′.
