Important to Exhibitors:

1. Please take note of the specifications of the samples required to be judged.
2. Judging will take place on Thursday, September 22ND at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Samples must be in place the night before, (Wednesday, the 21ST ) from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall.
3. Sample bags may be picked up from the Fair office during office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. before the 22nd .

4. PASSES – Field Crops, Maple Syrup, Honey, Wine, Beer, Grains, Seeds, Vegetables, Fruits, Flowers, Domestic Science, Sewing & Needlework, Crafts – Less than 10 articles exhibited, a pass for Sunday only. Ten articles or more, a Weekend Pass if over twelve years of age.
