IMPORTANT TO EXHIBITORS:
1. Proof of liability insurance must accompany each entry form for the animals being shown. Entries will not be processed until this information is received and are submitted to late entry fees.
2. Entries close on Friday, September 9th at 4:00 p.m. Entries will not be taken over the phone.
3. Entry fees are 20% of the prize money awarded.
4. Late entry fees are an additional 5% of the prize money awarded.
5. There are open pens and all animals must be in the pens when judging begins.
ATTENTION:
Each breed must be shown separately and have at least:
1. Three exhibitors per breed
2. Twelve animals per breed exhibited at a Class A Fair, of which Carp is one. If these qualifications are not met by the individual breeds, only half of the prize money will be paid.
3. The maximum total eligible exhibits per breed from a breeding unit is 6 head.
4. All exhibits must be owned by and registered in the name of the exhibitor. All animals must be legibly tattooed.

Class 11 – Suffolk
Class 12 – Dorset
Class 13 – Leicester
Class 14 – Cheviot
Class 15 – Hampshire
Class 16 – Oxford
Class 17 – All Other Breeds – Exhibitors must state type of breed prior to show.

SECTION
1. Ewe, yearling (3rd pair of temporary incisors must be in place). This animal must be born and bred in Canada.
2. Ewe, (first pair of temporary incisors must be in place). Born the property of the exhibitor.
CHAMPION EWE
3. Ram, yearling (3rd pair of temporary incisors must be in place).
4. Ram, (first pair of temporary incisors must be in place). Born the property of the exhibitor.
CHAMPION RAM
5. Get of Sire (born the property of the exhibitor). A group of three animals, first pair of temporary incisors must be in place, by the same sire. Both sexes may be represented.
6. Breeder’s flock (bred and owned by the exhibitor). A group of four animals. Both sexes must be represented. All the animals in a group are to be of one breed.
7. Junior Showmanship. Sheep to be shown by a child ages 7 to 11 years. Limited to first 10 entries, no registration on show day. Prize Money: $ 10.00 to each participant. Rosettes to all participants.
